One tiny update..since I have to go to sleep early to wake up on time.
It such a small world. Seriously. A few days ago, I met a girl called Jenny, through Chewy, whom he knew through his science/eng course. She was friendly and nice, but when I saw her, I thought: 'Hmm yeah, I remember Jenny from primary school..we were close friends back then.' Of course, back then I was like 10 years old, but whatever. I remember I was really sad when she left to another school as well. And then today, I found out that she [b]IS[/b] that Jenny! Haha, she changed a little (what you would expect from 10 years away) but I was so surprised still! I mean, I haven't seen her since grade 2, and suddenly I meet her again.
Uni starts tomorrow. I'm not sure whether I'm excited, scared or just plain agonized that holidays are over. I'm still lost at how about to go about my damn timetable, as some of things are incomplete but ah well. I bought a nice 3-subject lecture book and some good inky-nonsoaktothenextpage pens. That should do. I shall still use my nice green quicksilver pencil case that Marco got for me for my birthday a very long time ago. :D kudos Marco.
The deal of the apartment has gone ahead too, to my relief. I realized I had expected too much when my parents told me about it. It's a long process, so I won't be moving out til like late March or early April. In the mean time, the fate of my mice is still undecided. They're still scared of me, and Jess bit me and drew blood. Hm. Anyway, that's another dilemma for another day.
I have a new friend! That no, I did not make at uni, but through Tim/Life group. Fiona's awesome, so easy to become friends with. We had yum yum cha (haha get it?) for lunch today. Unfortunately, she knows about all of my friends already, and some of them have been telling her things about me...and I don't know anything about her! =[ So to those that betrayed me, your time will come~! Hope you're recovering from your cold Fi!
I have my new laptop! Sony CR series, can't bothered talking about statistics, cause frankly I don't care if you think it's crap, nor do I care if you think another one would be better. It's MINE (..and have to share with my sister sometimes) and I didn't have to pay for it (thanks Dad) and yes. Now I just want to get it onto the internet (get a router bro).
And yes..I think that's about it. Good luck to all of us as we start uni. For you Monash Clayton people, here's my timetable (YES I KNOW IT SUCKS STFU). See if we have any free space together and we can meet up!
"Look, I Don't Know if You're Reading This, ...But..."
Why dammit!?
far out, it was too much, need a rewind and replay please. telepathy would be VERY nice as well, thanks very much.
(PS: heck, i barely read it to be honest :S)

Anyway, in other news, Jumper was a movie I saw with a group on valentines day, (no, it wasnt a quadruple date or something,) and it was pretty disappointing. Quite terrible writing, but action and effects were nice. Well that's all the meaning I can juice from that day.
Also, uni is starting soon.
er and.. I would like to start reading again and free myself from the demon that disappoints me daily if not hourly: dota.
..and im boring myself now, so that's all.
WAIT--
HP AGAIN! T_T their system restore software doesnt work, and they wanted me to pay to get it fixed even though its under warranty. so instead i googled a vista recovery disc iso, dled it and restored it to factory settings exactly like how they wouldve done it, but without the bloody middleman so damn you, HP!
problem is, now its in traditional chinese, so i cant decipher the thing for hte life of me, and instructions to chagne the language arent working out.. SO DAMN YOU VISTA, AS WELL!! now awaiting uncle or somebody fob to change it for me.

[Bwhahaha] [Cloak and blade love] [For those pokemon diehards] [This one is just wrong but hilarious. Look at those cute little freaky eyes...]
Enjoy your day guys and hoped it all worked out (mostly directed at Tim, but Ling could surprise us...)
These are my impressions from my night out clubbing with my baker friends.
First feelings about going I didn't want to go. Haha. I was quite reluctant to, as I'm not exactly the most social guy and clubbing is just one of those scary unknowns for me. I mean, I asked what time my friend Dave would pick me up and he's like 820ish. Then I said to my sister, gee that's late isn't it? ... =_= <- my sister
After being persuaded (quite easily surprisingly, I guess I was a little curious about what it would be like) by my sister and my friends to go, I put on my jeans, my tee and shirt, my awesome new chuck-converses and swapping my wallet for an old one with only my L's permit and cash (as my sister thought I might get mugged), I set off in my friend's nice car (no I don't know what model it is)
The drive there. After a brief detour to a friend's house (and a can of %4.8 vodka later) I found myself looking at Need for speed Underground, real life. We found at least 4 cars drag racing each other along the way into the city. My friend held back only because "my car isn't powerful enough". Boy, I don't mind saying I was scared slightly. My friend sped slightly and the music was pumped up loud. I actually felt bad, being part of one of those cars that I always disapproved off with the loud music >.> I tried to turn it down at some points, because I felt so bad haha, but my friend had the remotes on his steering wheel and just turned it back up.
the club What can I say? It was called Star Hotel I think, but it was known as the Star Bar (kept getting it mixed up with starbucks..). It was double story, had three bars, four dancing rooms which consisted of flashing lights, disco balls, huge speakers as big as me that pumped out the music at like 200 dB. No joke. My ears are still feeling the after effects. Think graduation dinner, except throw bottles of alcohol, times the people by like 5, and the music x100, and you'll sorta get the picture.
I still don't really understand the concept. My friend Dave said people come here to 'catch up', but you can't even speak in there! All you do is buy overpriced drinks, dance to music which most of the time is simply sub-woofers going doof doof doof, and you bopping along with it.
But after an hour or so, it wasn't so bad. The music was still loud, I had finished a $10 bottle of another smirnoff which raspberry cordial like stuff in it, and we were 'dancing'...well the girls were anyway as it is. And it was fun hanging out with my work mates in a casual environment. I got to know them a bit better when we went outside, while downing a shot of whoknowswhat (something with coffee..bailey's is it?).
After awhile, I noticed there seemed to be some sort of..I dunno, secret code of trying to get a girl? There were some really, er well arrogant guys? that seem to think they were a gift from god and their dancing skills just proved it. So while we stood around in a loose group, one of those guys would make his way into the group towards one of the females of our group. Then, seeing as the music prevent most forms of communication, there would be a gesture that would indicate a compliment of some kind. Then the guy would invite her to join him. e.g some guy pointed at my friend's Diva like long necklace (thing?) and gave her a thumbs up. She returned it, but just politely. Then the guy would proceed to put his hand out for her to take, in which she refused. That happened a few times through out the night and I found it quite amusing.
afterthoughts We had MacDonalds on the way back, as you do at 3 am in the morning, until we finally got home at like 4ish. My mice were the only ones awake when I got there, busy little creatures.
So yes, I enjoyed it. My friend asked me to rate it, and I would give it 8/10. I'm not going to go clubbing anytime soon that's for sure, but I wouldn't mind going again in the future with friends. Tim, I know you'll go, but Jason you have to go ~! It's your thing for sure.

Yeah, happy valentine's day tomorrow. As usual, VGcats have released new valentine cards that are highly recommended NOT to be used. But they are extremely funny, especially if actually know what they're on about.
